About me

I’m Didier — ISSA-certified personal trainer, runner, creator, writer and small‑business owner. Before I ever laced up for long miles on the Maine roads I now call home, I spent years performing as a professional dancer. That world shaped everything about how I move and how I coach. Dance gave me discipline, body awareness, musicality, and the stubborn commitment to show up even when the work gets messy. It also taught me how to rebuild, adapt, and listen — lessons that have carried me through every mile since.

Today, I blend that history with my work as a personal trainer and running coach. My approach is rooted in strength, consistency, and resilience — the same qualities that defined my life on stage and now define my life on the run.

Whether you’re gearing up for your first 5K or chasing a breakthrough PR, my goal is simple: help you build a running journey that feels strong, intentional, and unmistakably yours.

Let’s run with purpose. Let’s build something real.
